About Andrea Pernstich

Andrea started working in real estate in 2006 in CT, where she worked with buyers and sellers in the luxury market, and managed multi-million-dollar building projects. Her expertise was featured twice in the real estate section of “The Advocate”, a CT newspaper.

In 2015 she moved to NC where she became a valued member of Team Purvis, an acclaimed team recognized with prestigious industry awards, including Chairman’s Club, Top Team in the Southeast, and RE/MAX International Hall of Fame. As a full-time real estate broker, Andrea specializes in assisting residential and investment clients in the Greater Charlotte and Lake Norman areas. She prides herself on delivering unparalleled personalized service, meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining the highest level of integrity with every client interaction.

Originally from Austria, Andrea is a native German speaker. Though she has an accent, she often jokes that "it's nothing like Arnold Schwarzenegger's." Outside of real estate, Andrea enjoys yoga, being outdoors and spending time with her two sons.
